What I Feed, Grows

Notice what you thoughts or emotions you have been clinging on to.

Notice what you have been feeding.

Ask yourself, is this in my best interest? Does this support me and the greater good?

If not, no self judgement! Meet this realization with compassion. This too, is a part of your wholeness. Notice the inner dialogues that have been keeping you small and rather than judging and creating more shadow, give this part of yourself love. Like a mother’s embrace, let her know she is safe and show her another way forward.

What thoughts do I choose to feed? What do I want to grow? What am I grateful for right now? Feed self compassion and love. Give that love to your shadows as well.
